Free Parenting Lecture at Kindering ~ May 28th ~ Topic: Sleep

Would like to share with everyone information I received from my friend Sarah. The Kindering, for those unfamiliar is a not-for-profit neurodevelopmental center, has been providing comprehensive services for children with special needs and their families since 1962. They from time to time have free lectures for parents of children with special needs. This months lecture will be on May 28th at the Kindering in Bellevue. Here is a little synopsis of what the lecture will be about and more information.

How much sleep should my child be getting at night? How can I help? What about my toddler refusing to go to bed and waking up overnight? What should I do about teeth grinding at night? Good rest is important for you and your child. This talk will discuss normal sleep patterns and challenges at different ages as well as any concerns that you have encountered with your child. Our goal is to give you several strategies to help you and your child get a good night rest!
