I wanted to let you know about a new opportunity for our friends with special needs, developing at Remlinger Farms in Carnation. They are starting a “horsemanship” program for high functioning kids with special needs. The open house to learn more is this coming Saturday, Oct. 25th.
Website says: Come to our “Open Barn” and experience an Introduction to our program for all children interested in spending more time with ponies.

“Open Barn” – Saturday, October 25th
4:30 pm for all children ages 3 to 10 with parents
6:00 pm focus on Special Needs Children with parents

Pony Face

Our Special Needs Classes will teach you all about basic horsemanship. You will be able to ride with a handler and build your self confidence around our majestic animals.
